I’ve learned a couple of things today.
1. I had never heard of the Liebster Award.
And then Shape Shifters Fitness Trainer graced me with a nomination. Hey! I’ll take anything that won’t make me share any more stories of my shameful athletic career.
2. There are all kinds of rules surrounding the Liebster Award.
For now, I’ll adhere to one of them:
